The WYC and Winchester sponsor and organize this annual event for children all over town. Participants will be painting the outside of designated downtown business windows with a Halloween theme on Saturday, October 23. The Peer Leaders and Little Sisters & Brothers will be in their Halloween costumes to present medals to the participants.
