Winchester runners aged nine to 14 will get a chance to compete in the Hershey Track Meet today at Winchester High School. Registration begins at 3:30 p.m. and over 200 Winchester runners are expected to sign up. The top times will advance to the state meet and eventually could be competing in the national meet at Hershey Park.
