Join Waltham Fields Community Farm and JJ Gonson of Cuisine En Locale, to learn tips and techniques for transforming farm-fresh veggies into a variety of fabulous dishes that will be essential additions to your recipe collection as the holiday entertaining season approaches! Course participants will work together to prepare each dish and then sit down to enjoy the scrumptious results! Featured dishes include: jasmine tea braised kale, aloo gobi, fennel roasted veggies with herb butter, and two special salads to top it all off!
