Race to Nowhere

The Winchester Coalition For a Safer Community, along with the McCall Parents' Association, will host two screenings of the critically acclaimed documentary a Race to Nowhere on Wednesday, November 9th at 3:15PM and 7:00PM at the McCall Auditorium.  The film addresses our culture of high achievement, the extreme pressure on our children to perform, and the resultant impact on their physical and psychological health. Tickets for the event will be $10 and go on sale on Tuesday, November 1 at BookEnds or by emailing Dot Butler at butlermail@aol.com with the subject line “Race to Nowhere”. For anyone wishing to pre-purchase tickets for the both Race to Nowhere on November 9 and Dr. Brooks on November 14 the Coalition is offering special pricing of $15 for one (1) ticket to each event.
