Also, for men who are expecting a special delivery just in time for the holidays, the institute is offering a Dad's Baby Basics class. Reiki 1st Degree is a one-day course that teaches the art of Reiki. Reiki is a technique for stress reduction and relaxation that promotes healing. Six contact hours will be awarded to nurses.
