Schedule and Booths, Winchester Farmers Market

Schedule

9:30. Music by Not That Blonde. A 2-piece acoustic group with rich harmonies and a unique style, playing a wide mix of folk, pop, and alt country. From the familiar to the obscure, they put their own spin on the music of such diverse artists from Sarah Harmer to Duke Ellington to Death Cab for Cutie.

11:30. Food/Nutrition Demo. Pairings will demo ways to make delicious appetizers and snacks using spreads, produce, and other products from the Farmers Market, such as Sweet Potato Hummus from The Energized Body.

12:00. Music by the Hi-Tone Ramblers. Playing both traditional and original music inspired by American roots music, both instrumental and vocal. A melting pot of Anglo and African-rooted songs, rhythms, blues, and old-time fiddle and banjo tunes—driving and stately, bouncy, quirky and eerily beautiful.

Artist: Wendy Jo New jewelry. Contemporary jewelry and other metal designs primarily in silver or gold, often with texturing, gemstones, and other unique lapidary or resin inlay. Photo-etched metal cover plates for riveting to journals or framing.  Larger etchings for logos on entry doors. 

Local Business: Jessica Klau, Queen Bee Collections (unique handmade beaded jewelry and accessories) and Sara Brown, Creative Costumes (Spurring your child's imagination with unique, hand-made designs. Whether your child dreams of being a mermaid, dragon, or flying dinosaur, these costumes will provide hours of creative fun.)

Please try to ride your bike or walk to the market, or park your car in the Aberjona or Shore Road lot to leave parking spaces surrounding the common open for short-term parking near downtown businesses. The Aberjona lot, which runs along the commuter rail track across from the post office, is free on weekends, including the permit spaces in the end of the lot.
