Town Day - Events on the Common

Check out these events, geared to children on the Common:

• Pony Rides - 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
• "Kids Olympics" - 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Events include putting, bowling, baseball, fishing, ring toss, obstacle course and throwing.
• Kidstock - 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Mask Making, art sculpture, storytelling and face painting.
• Historic Trolley Rides - 10 a.m. to 3:15 p.m. Two trolleys take residents on a tour. They will be narrated by the Winchester Historical Society.
• Petting Zoo - 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
• Chamber of Commerce BBQ - 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
• Fun and Games on the Common - 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
• Animal Adventures - Exotic Animals - 1 p.m. to 2 p.m.
• Animal Adventures - New England Animals - 2 p.m. to 3 p.m.
• Randall Kromm - 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.
• "Best in Show" - Winchester Dog Show (registration at 3 p.m.) - 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
