ZumbAtomic is a Zumba party for kids. It improves fitness and teaches dance moves from Latin and modern dance styles. The class is specifically designed with kids this age in mind. It is structured around games and fun, but at the same time it improves health, physical fitness, helps kids to discharge, express themselves, improve confidence, artistic skills and learn dance moves.
