Winchester Community Music School will present the third
concert in its 2013-14 Faculty Recital Series on Monday, February 10 at 7:30
pm. The concert will feature soprano Linda Emmanuel performing art songs of the
1920s and 1930s. A “Meet the Artist” reception will follow. Admission is free
