Hammond Agent V. Charlotte Richardson Earns Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE) Designation
Richardson is one of only eighteen Massachusetts agents to achieve this distinction.

Winchester, MASS. (June 1, 2016) – Kurt Meehan, manager of Hammond Residential Real Estate’s Winchester office, recently announced that agent V. Charlotte Richardson has earned the Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE) designation from the National Association of REALTORS ® (NAR). Richardson is one of only eighteen Massachusetts agents to achieve this distinction.
In order to earn the RENE designation, agents must complete extensive coursework to certify their expertise in effective preparation and execution strategies connected to real estate negotiations.
The National Association of REALTORS® is America's largest trade association, representing over 1.1 million members, including NAR's institutes, societies, and councils, involved in all aspects of the residential and commercial real estate industries.

Richardson, a proud Winchester resident since 1997, is eager to share her enthusiasm for her community and to discuss Winchester's real estate market. Her experience in sales ranges from $200,000 condominiums to $2.6 million dollar homes.
An active member of the Winchester Home & Garden Club, Richardson was on its board for ten years. She is serving her third year as Rides Co-Chair for the EnKa Fair. Richardson and her husband Paul are Providence College graduates and have two children attending Winchester High School.
