Hammond Residential Announces Record-Breaking Winchester Sales

Firm has enjoyed record-breaking sales during the first-half of 2015

WINCHESTER, Mass. (July 13, 2015) – Saul Cohen, President and Founder of Hammond Residential Real Estate in Chestnut Hill, recently announced that the firm has enjoyed record-breaking sales in the Town of Winchester during the first-half of 2015, with Hammond agents representing five of the highest-priced single-family transactions priced over $1.8 million in the town to date according to Multiple Listing Service Property Information Network (MLSPIN).

· 26 Olde Village Drive, a 5,800 square foot new construction residence which sold for $1,880,000. The Matt Montgomery Group represented the buyer.

· 109 Church Street, a 6,500 square foot Colonial which sold for $2,000,000. V. Charlotte Richardson represented the seller.

· 42 Lawson Road, a 5,000 square foot new construction which sold for $2,600,000. V. Charlotte Richardson represented the buyer.

· 46 Lawson Road, a 6,800 square foot Shingle Colonial which sold for $3,000,000. Kristina Lamarre represented the buyer.

V. Charlotte Richardson and Kristina Lamarre represented the buyers in the two highest-priced transactions to convey within the town to date with the $2,600,000 sale of 42 Lawson Road and the $3,000,000 sale of 46 Lawson Road.
