Hula is an expressive and beautiful Hawaiian art that uses the body to tell a story. Graceful body and hand motions represent words or aspects of nature.
This beginner class is taught by a Hawaiian -trained instructor with a deep appreciation of the culture and historical importance of hula.
Each class includes a warm-up, learning basic hula steps and then dancing to classic songs of the islands.

No prior dance experience is required. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing that allows for easy movement. We dance in bare feet.
