The purpose of the session is to informally discuss the current status of the development proposal for the parcel of land known as “Winning Farm”.

Mr. Ron Bonvie, President of Helios Construction and owner of Southport, Cape Cod, is interested in developing up to 26 townhouse units on the property. Ownership and residence would be restricted to adults 55 years of age and over (“active adult community”), as permitted by Federal Law. Mr. Bonvie has met with some of the Thornberry Road area residents to discuss their specific concerns.
