Class Descriptions:

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) with Iris Stammberger, PhD

Learn to address stress, pain, illness and other life challenges, using mindfulness techniques you can use every day. 8 weeks plus a bonus Sunday workshop.

Beginners Bridge with Bob Gaudet

Learn the latest Bridge conventions and techniques from a nationally certified teacher, and you will be able to play at home, at Bridge clubs, and tournaments.

Acrylic Painting with Tracy Vartenigian Burhans

This course covers beginner through advanced methods for a solid foundation of painting knowledge. You’ll complete a still life project you can hang with pride. A materials list will be provided so you may purchase supplies before class begins.

American Music Makers with Dotty Burstein

In this 4-week class we examine the lives of George Gershwin, Aaron Copland, and Leonard Bernstein and examine the elements in their music that make it uniquely American.
