How are you at nourishing your heart and soul? Do you want to reeeeally move in your body, create connection with your soul, open your heart to joyful community and rejuvenation of spirit? Join me (Nicole Grant) the first Friday of the month in May and June for transformational dance and embodiment exercises, blend heart and soul with the music, and become open and present to the abundance within and around you.  
First Friday of the month 6:00-7:00PM
