Rep. Day says he is also concerned. There is just one huge problem. Day has taken multiple campaign contributions from Eversource’s lobbyists - three of them to be exact (according to reports filed with the Office of Campaign and Political Finance). They are not giving him this money out of the goodness of their hearts.
Rep. Day promised to vote for more transparency at the State House. He did not. He even voted to make Speaker Robert DeLeo speaker for life.

Rep. Day promised to fight for small businesses. He did not.
Rep. Day has tried to fool voters into thinking Gov. Baker endorsed him. He endorsed Caroline Colarusso.
Rep Day said he would fight substance abuse yet he voted against mandatory penalties for Fentanyl traffickers.
Rep. Day has not rejected the 40B project for Winchester. He only sent a letter of concern.
Rep. Day has proven he cannot be trusted. He’s in the tank once again, and this time it is for Eversource.
Sincerely,
Zach Brown
