Local Children's Book Artist James Kirk and Author Edward Fabian Signing Books At Town Day
The dynamic duo behind the Weird-Os children's story book and plush toy creations will be signing books during Town Day! Creator and author Edward Fabian, along with illustrator James Kirk, will be in the LOL INC./WEIRD-Os booth along with the full line of Weird-Os, including Cutie Pie, Elephant Ears and 4-Eyes. The book, "We Are Not Perfect Either" was recently featured at the London Book Fair. It chronicles the adventure of 3 "not perfect" friends as they set out on an adventure. The book and the plush toys promote social acceptance and self worth for children, projecting a "it's cool to be different" message.
