Meditation and Mindfulness Practice

Looking for peace? Presence? Awareness? Join our Beginner’s
drop in meditation beginning Thursday from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM.
Each week there will a brief talk, meditation, and discussion.
Come and learn to unify the mind, body and heart, develop calm
and be present for our life.  When we are fully in each moment,
joy naturally arises. With commitment and patience, we learn
to experience the delight of touching life deeply and authentically
and in doing so to meet both ourselves and others with love and
greater compassion. Suggested Donation $5.00
