Taught by women for women. This class will be offered in 4-week sessions that will focus on building a toolbox of defense techniques to be used in a variety of situations. Will also include a discussion period at the end of each class that will focus on safety awareness. We aim to build an environment that will be empowering, fun, and supportive.
