Winchester residents who park in the Town Center welcomed new parking changes on Monday.These "Pay Stations" in the Town Center allow residents to park for longer periods of time for a $1 per hour fee. There is an unlimited time restriction.These pay-by-space spots were installed at Laraway Road and the upper Aberjona Lot.The machines accepts credit, debit and $1 and $2 bills. The machines do not give change. These pay stations are in effect from Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.Residents can pay the parking fees at the machines or using the <a href="http://mpay2park.com/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">mPay2Park mobile parking app</a>.
