New Parking Implemented at Winchester Town Center

These pay-by-space spots charge $1 per hour on Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Winchester residents who park in the Town Center welcomed new parking changes on Monday.

These “Pay Stations” in the Town Center allow residents to park for longer periods of time for a $1 per hour fee. There is an unlimited time restriction.

These pay-by-space spots were installed at Laraway Road and the upper Aberjona Lot.

The machines accepts credit, debit and $1 and $2 bills. The machines do not give change.

These pay stations are in effect from Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Residents can pay the parking fees at the machines or using the mPay2Park mobile parking app. Additional time can be put into the machine using mPay2Park as well.

Those who pay for a spot do not need to display a ticket on the dashboard, however the Town suggests that residents keep their receipts.

Town of Winchester parking permits are not valid in the parking lots.
