New Patty-Melt Restaurant in West Medford Opens Thursday Night

Snappy Pattys, the new patty-melt restaurant in West Medford, is opening Thursday, Aug. 7, for dinner, according to the restaurant’s Twitter account.

Restaurateur Adam Gazzola and chef Nick Dowling are behind the new venture. Dowling comes from of the Citizen Public House & Oyster Bar in Boston’s Fenway Neighborhood and the Franklin Cafe and Franklin Southie in Boston’s South End and South Boston, respectively.

Snappy Pattys’ website, with a menu, and Twitter account are now up and running.

The restaurant, at 454 High St., will serve beer, wine and cocktails. Its number is 781-214-4440.

Snappy Pattys replaces Pompei & Company Stained Glass.
