One Winchester Case Announced Middlesex County Grand Jury Indictments

WINCHESTER, MA — Middlesex County District Attorney Marian Ryan has announced Grand Jury indictments handed down between May 19 and June 23. One of the alleged offenses occurred in Winchester. These charges are allegations and the defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty.

Here is the indictment:

• Kenneth Armstrong, 44, of Boston, was charged with breaking and entering in the daytime to commit a felony (5 counts), larceny under $250 (5 counts), and credit card fraud over $250 (4 counts). The Assistant District Attorney is Radu Brestyan.
