Package Store License Now Available in Winchester

From the Town of Winchester.

The Town of Winchester currently has one (1) all alcohol Package Store license available. The Town will be accepting applications for this license until noon on February 3, 2017.
Please submit a complete application that includes the following:

• LLA Summary Form (from the ABCC)
• All ABCC required forms (Retail Application, Manager Form, Personal Information Form)
• Articles of Organization
• Vote of Corporate Board
• General License Form 460 (certifying under the penalties of perjury that the applicant has filed all State tax returns and paid all State taxes required)
• Town of Winchester General Application
• Lease Agreements/Purchase and Sale Agreement/Proof of Legal Right to Occupy
• Documents to support financing (3 months of bank statements)
• Floor Plans showing square footage, entrances, exits, seating
• Requested Hours of Operation

Applications must also submit the following fees:

• $200 filing fee to be made payable to ABCC
• $600 filing fee to be made payable to Town of Winchester
• $2500 yearly fee for a package store license made payable to the Town of Winchester
