Parking Ban Still in Effect
Town of Winchester is still in the process of clearing the streets of snow.
The parking ban in Winchester is still in effect while to Department of Public Works continues to clear the streets of snow from the most recent snow storms.
And Winchester has plenty of snow to clear. The town received 16.0 inches of snow as of 10:20 p.m. Monday, according to the National Weather Service.
The Town of Winchester first issued the parking ban on Sunday at 6 p.m. and it is still in effect until the Town announces otherwise.

No vehicles are permitted to park on the streets. Residents may park their vehicles in Jenks Parking Lot.
