PHOTO GALLERY: AuthorFest Celebrates Kids and Reading
Children's book authors and illustrators visited schools this week for the 18th Annual Authorfest.
Over 20 children's book writers and illustrators visited schools last Wednesday for Winchester's , sponsored by the . During the day, each grade enjoyed presentations in their classrooms; then later, the authors were at to sign books and talk to their young fans.
The program was made possible through the generosity of the Winchester Foundation for Educational Excellence, EnKa, the Winchester Cultural Council, and the schools' PTOs.
