Piano Master Class with Guest Pianist Chiharu Naruse - Saturday, April 16, 4:00 - 5:30 PM

Calling all music lovers! The public is invited to observe a piano Master Class presented by world-class pianist Chiharu Naruse. Several advanced piano students from WCMS will participate in the demonstration and instruction. Naruse holds a Master’s Degree in Music Performance and a Master’s Degree in Music Instruction from the Hochschule für Musik Hanns Eisler in Berlin. In addition to performing around the world in recitals and competitions, Naruse is currently a member of the applied music faculty at Bates College and a faculty member at the Portland Conservatory of Music.
