Police Log: Officers Respond to Stolen Phone and Credit Card Fraud
This is an excerpt of the Winchester Police Log from Friday, September 17 through Monday, September 20.

Friday, Sep. 17, 2:20 p.m. – Winchester Police were called to the Winchester Hospital where an employee informed the officer that her cell phone was stolen. She said the phone was left on her desk in the Radiology Department. The security cameras saw the man who took the phone and he drove away in a light-colored Dodge Neon.
Saturday, Sep. 18, 3:19 p.m. – Winchester Police were called to the Waterfield parking lot where a woman showed the police her Cadillac. The car was keyed along the entire driver's side of the vehicle.
4:51 p.m. – A man came into the Police Station and explained that he was a victim of credit card fraud. He was charged over $350 for 34 On Demand movies from Amazon.com.
