Police Log: St. Patty's Day Arrest
This is an excerpt from the Winchester Police Log from Monday, March 14 to Friday, March 18.

Thursday, March 17, 8:42 a.m. – A Stoneham resident was driving along Skillings Road, waiting to make a left into the Jenks Parking Lot. Since the traffic was backed up, she needed to wait until the light changed to green.
After it did, a vehicle in the left lane, let the Stoneham driver through. However, a car in the right lane, was traveling along Skillings when the woman was trying to make the turn. The vehicles crashed into each other. The Stoneham driver needed to be taken to the hospital for x-rays. Neither driver was cited and both said they didn’t see the other vehicle until it was too late.
9:38 p.m. – A Winchester resident was driving along South Border Road when he noticed the vehicle in front of him was driving erratically. The man called police and informed them that the vehicle – a silver Ford Excape – was speeding, went through a red light and nearly hit the curb a few times.
