Police Log: Winchester Police Respond to Car Fire
The following information was supplied by the Winchester Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Tuesday, Jan. 17, 3:48 p.m. – After parking their pickup truck in the driveway, a Swanton Street couple returned a few minutes later to see their vehicle engulfed in flames. The woman told police that the car was driving fine and she didn’t know why it caught fire.
According to the Winchester Fire Captain, Richard Tustin, the car was too badly damaged to find out what caused the fire. He said that it was an “undetermined fire,” and he cannot tell if foul play was involved.
Wednesday, Jan. 17, 6 a.m. – A Lynn man was driving along Highland Avenue when a deer ran in front of his car. The man hit the deer. He was uninjured.
