Winchester Police are investigating a Wednesday morning house break, believed to be committed by the same suspect who broke into homes in Winchester and Woburn, near Horn Pond, in September and October.

Early Wednesday morning, police responded to a Woodside Road residence, near Winter Pond in Winchester, for a report of a break-in. There, the victim told police that she had fallen asleep on the couch and woke up to see the suspect standing next to her, watching her. She said she told him to leave, and after a short time, he did.
