Published Winchester Author to Hold Book Signing
The Winchester native will talk about her book, "100 Places in France Every Woman Should Go," next week.

First time travelers or regular visitors of France can learn about a local’s experiences in the foreign country at her book signing event next Saturday
Marcia DeSanctis, the author of “100 Places in France Every Woman Should Go,” will be in Winchester next week to answer questions about her book at Book Ends, 559 Main St.
She describes the culture, art, history, food and style of France and details various destinations in her book including vineyards, buildings, gardens and hikes, according to the Book Signing Event Facebook page.

DeSanctis’ book is filled with 100 essays on topics such as her reflections on notable women in French history as well as her favorite places to visit in France.
DeSanctis wrote her book of essays after spending years traveling and living in France.
