Rob Skinner One-Man Show to benefit Winchester Got Lunch
Rob Skinner presents "SIGMUND SAYS," a one-man show, February 8, 2015, 7:30 pm, at the Regent Theatre in Arlington

Rob Skinner, a Winchester resident, presents “SIGMUND SAYS,” a one-man show, with proceeds to benefit Winchester Got Lunch. The show will take place at the Regent Theatre in Arlington on February 8, 2015 at 7:30 p.m.
Combining music, comedy and social commentary, “Sigmund Says” is the new one-man show from the mind and lips of Rob Skinner. Rob will be joined at the historic Regent Theatre by the musicians of the Midlife Crisis All-Star Band – Michael Loria on guitar and Troy Lucia on piano – as well as some special guests, including Annie Bartlett.
Imagine if Stephen Sondheim got together with Will Ferrell for mojitos and a game of badminton. Now imagine something entirely different from that, and you have “Sigmund Says” – the new one-man show from the mind and lips of Rob Skinner. He sings, he muses, he shares things you’ll wish he hadn’t. But like a video of a gruesome accident, just try to look away. Audiences from Boston to New York (with no stops in between) have enthusiastically declared Rob a “dilettante” and his performances “bourgeois” – and it’s not just the French who like him. Combining music, comedy and social commentary, the performance is at times juvenile, but is not for kids.
