SEX OFFENDER MAP: Where Are the High-Level Sex Offenders in Winchester?

Winchester has two level 3 sex offenders either living or working in the town, according to the Massachusetts Sex Offender Registry Board.

Only the most severe sex offenders warrant a level 3 designation. That means they’re considered a ”high risk” to commit another offense, according to authorities. Level 2 offenders have a “moderate” risk to reoffend. The offenders are not wanted by police—and it’s illegal to use the following information to commit a crime or engage in any discrimination or harassment against an offender.

The report shows that one level 3 sex offender works in Winchester and another is a resident. More specific info on the sex offenders is on the map at the bottom of the page.

• Clarence Deseignora 49, works at 175 Washington St. He was convicted of aggravated rape and assault with intent to commit rape in 1992.
• Christopher French, 35, lives at 23 Hollywood Road. He was convicted of rape and abuse of child, enticing a child under the age of 16, dissemination of matter harmful to minors, dissemination of child pornography, posing or exhibiting a child in state of nudity or sexual conduct and purchase of possession of child pornography in 2009.
