Yoga Mandala, 750 Main Street, Winchester, is pleased to welcome SoundScapers back to the studio for another sound healing bath/meditation event. Participants lay on yoga mats and are bathed in a cathedral of exquisite sound and tone, including chant, Native American drumming/rattling, the didgeridoo, the shruiti box, guided imagery, and over a dozen quartz crystal, Tibetan, and practitioner singing bowls. A deeply therapeutic and profoundly relaxing practice that will leave you released, refreshed, and rejuvenated. $25 at the door, yoga mats, blankets, and pillows provided, or bring your own.
