Join them at Winchester Farmers Market down on the Wright-Locke Farm this Saturday. We’re excited about bringing local farmers to Winchester’s very own farm. We’re sure you’ll love it too.

Alongside wholesome fresh fruits and veggies and meats from sustainably raised animals, shoppers will find pies and breads, cheeses and dips, and jams and relishes.

For those anticipating doing lots of baking at home, Soluna Garden Farm will have pie spices, spice rubs for your turkey, and mulling spices for cider and wine.

The Soup Guy will have tubs of warming soups.

Patti of On the Edge Knife Sharpening will be there to hone your turkey-carving blades.

Lilac Hedge Farm. For those who ordered Thanksgiving turkeys from Lilac Hedge, the Thanksgiving Market is the location for picking them up.

Kids of all ages are invited for a hayride around the farm.

So, put some New England in your Thanksgiving by shopping down on the Wright-Locke Farm this Saturday.

START YOUR HOLIDAY SHOPPING WITH ART IN THE BARN

Local artists and artisans will set up in the rustic barn. As is customary, beautifully crafted artwork by Winchester Artists Network members and other local artists and artisans will be available for holiday shoppers.

Wares include framed photographs and note cards, several styles of jewelry (hand-blown glass, beads, worked metal), knitwear for winter, delightful quilts and fabric mosaic hangings, fine ceramics, handcrafted handbags and shoulder bags, paper art, and dried flowers created from natural materials.

NEW LOCATION THIS YEAR

In previous years, we were at the Church of the Epiphany on Church Street. The new location—Wright-Locke Farm, at 78 Ridge Street—is less than two miles away: head west on Church Street, cross Route 3, and continue up the hill to a T-junction. Wright-Locke Farm will be ahead across the road. Turn right at the T and look for signs for free parking.

Make it a family outing and pair the farmers market with a hike on any one of the many terrific trails starting from Wright-Locke Farm.
