At Town Meeting Monday, Winchester Residents Can Have A Say

Last chance for Winchester residents to ask questions before town sets override figure.

Are you ready to accept a $12 million override? Or do you think $10 million is plenty? Or are you wondering why Winchester is going to spend all this extra money and still not solve the overcrowding at the Muraco and Lynch Schools (as some have wondered).

Whatever your feelings are on the proposed override, Winchester will hold a Special Town Meeting Monday at the high school starting at 7:30 p.m. to present the reasons for the override and ask for your input. The meeting is open to all residents so there's no excuse to have questions Tuesday morning.
