The Town of Winchester is completing Year 2 of its MS4 Stormwater Permit. As part of this, the Town has updated its Stormwater Management Plan in compliance with the MS4 permit requirements. This document is being posted for a two-week public comment period, which expires on Wednesday, June 17, 2020. All comments should be submitted via email to Beth Rudolph, Town Engineer at brudolph@winchester.us. Thank you.
