The Select Board and Waterfield Lot Task Force are seeking public input for the redevelopment of the Waterfield Lot into a mixed use affordable housing development. Specifically, input is being sought about the six priority areas: revenue to the town, parking, affordability, design, ground lease terms and long term maintenance and operations. Comments can be sent via email to TownManager@winchester.us.

Please submit comments by September 16th but the Town will try to consider any comments received after Sept 16th.
