Walden Behavioral Care Names Bordonaro Program Director
Winchester Resident Returns to Walden to Direct Programs in New Peabody Clinic

Walden Behavioral Care, LLC, , one of the country’s leading hospitals for treating eating disorders, announced today that it has named Robert Bordonaro of Winchester to the position of Program Director for Walden’s new Peabody clinic at Suite 260, Two Corporation Way.
As Program Director he will be responsible for ensuring effective and efficient clinical programming, program staffing, selection and supervision of staff, budgeting and compliance with all organizational and regulatory agency standards. He will also work with the Marketing Department on outreach and community relations efforts.
Bordonaro previous served as a Professional Outreach Representative for the Northeast Region for Timberline Knolls Residential Treatment Center, which is based in Lemnt, Ill., and as Director of Admissions for Laurel Hill Inn in Medford.

Before that, he served in various positions at Walden, including Director, Partial Hospitalization Program; Director of Inpatient Eating Disorder Services; Interim Director of Residential Eating Disorder Services, and Admissions Coordinator.
He is President of the Metro Boston Chapter of the International Association of Eating Disorders Professionals and is a member of the National Association of Social Workers. He earned his master’s degree from Simmons College, Boston, and his bachelor’s degree from Boston College.
