Welcome to Anna Hood!

Anna and her husband moved to Winchester in 2006 and she cannot imagine living anywhere else. Over the past 9 years, Anna’s family has grown to include three children and she has become an active member in the community. She has held numerous volunteer positions with the Family Action Network (FAN), the Winchester Cooperative Nursery School, St. Mary’s School of Winchester and Lincoln Elementary School. She and her family are also a current host family for a high school scholar with the Winchester program, A Better Chance (ABC), and can be found almost every weekend at one sporting event or another.

After graduating from the University of Vermont, Anna embarked on a career in advertising that has given her the opportunity to work at top agencies in San Francisco and Boston, including J. Walter Thompson and Arnold Communications. Recently, Anna has applied her true entrepreneurial spirit by acquiring and running all aspects of Brickstone Fitness. She has doubled membership by working with individuals and companies to create customized health and wellness plans for their employees.
