Winchester Got Lunch - Sign up for summer lunch program

Summer lunches for kids in need.

With the summer months fast approaching it’s time to think about keeping your kids fed when the school year ends. Winchester Got Lunch provides free healthy lunches during the summer to Winchester students who typically receive subsidized lunches during the school year. Last summer WGL provided more than 6000 lunches to more than 130 Winchester students.

The program includes:

· Weekly deliveries of nutritious foods, including fresh fruits and vegetables.

· Delivery of bags to your home on Monday mornings, June 29 – August 31.

· Enough food for five lunches in each bag, along with a $5 gift card for dairy products.

To enroll your child in the program, visit winchestergotlunch.org. Click on the “Register” tab at the top of the home page. All registrations are due by June 1, 2015.
