Winchester High Students Named National Merit Scholars
Two Winchester High School students were named as National Merit Scholars.

WINCHESTER, MA—Winchester High School is full of brilliant students, but two students in particular have been named as National Merit Scholars by the National Merit Scholarship Corporation Thursday.
According to the foundation that awards the grants, the students are those “judged to have the strongest combination of accomplishments, skills, and potential for success in rigorous college studies.”
Recipients are chosen by a committee of college admission officers and high school counselors. The winners are granted a $2,500 scholarship.
