Winchester, It's Election Season!

Absentee balloting for the Winchester Town Election will begin this week for qualified voters.

The absentee balloting begins Thursday at the Town Clerk's Officer. If you cannot make it to the voting booth during normal polling hours, you can apply for an absentee ballot here.

The deadline to apply for absentee voting is noon on Monday, March 27th.

There will be one ballot question on the March 28 ballot: "Shall the Town of Winchester be allowed to exempt from the provisions of proposition two and one-half, so-called, the amounts required to pay for the bonds to be issued for the design, permitting, and construction of synthetic turf athletic fields consisting of a baseball diamond and rectangular multipurpose field at Skillings Field, including original equipment, lighting conduit and landscaping, and all other costs incidental and related thereto"
