Winchester League of Women Voters Holds Seminar

The Winchester League of Women Voters recently held an informational seminar, “The Basics of Winchester Town Government From A to Z” at the Winchester Town Hall. A panel consisting of various town officials was on hand to assist those in attendance with understanding town government and how to become more involved.
