Winchester Man Indicted By Grand Jury
He's accused of posing a child in a sexual act and secretly recording a nude person
WOBURN – Winchester's Danilo Ramschald, 30, was charged with posing a child in a sexual act and secretly recording a nude person according to Grand Jury indictments announced Monday. These indictments were handed down between January 17 and April 29, and announced by District Attorney Marian Ryan.
These charges are allegations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty. The Assistant District Attorney is Kate Cimini.
