Winchester Multicultural Network welcomes new executive director!

Learn about our new Executive Director, Aba Taylor.

The Winchester Multicultural Network is proud to welcome our new Executive Director, Aba Taylor. Ms. Taylor graduated with a Bachelor’s degree from Columbia University and a Master’s Degree in Intercultural Service and Nonprofit Management from the School of International Training.

Ms. Taylor has had key leadership roles with organizations working to advance women, People of Color, the LGBTQ community, and other marginalized groups – experience that fits perfectly within the mission of the Winchester Multicultural Network. She has previously worked for the United Nations, African Services Committee, Lambda Legal, Liberty Hill Foundation, ACT-UP, and numerous other civil rights, social justice, and cultural organizations. Taylor has also been involved in social justice work for over 15 years, and has worked with organizations supporting immigrants, women’s rights, and racial and economic justice movements. Prior to joining the Network, she was the Deputy Director of the Astraea Foundation. She has lived, worked, and traveled all over the world. In addition to her career as a nonprofit professional, she is an avid supporter of engaging arts, culture and creative expression as a means for social change. Taylor received her Bachelor’s degree from Columbia University and has a Master’s degree in Intercultural Service and Nonprofit Management from the School of International Training, and is a Rockwood Leadership Institute Alumni.

The Winchester Multicultural Network is excited to plan timely and engaging events under Taylor’s new leadership and invites you to stop in to meet Ms. Taylor in our downtown accessible office at 2A Winchester Place.
