Celebremos el Mes de la Herencia Hispana!
Appreciate the histories, cultures and contributions of Americans whose ancestors came from Spain, Mexico, the Caribbean and Central and South America. All the works of fiction on this list are by Hispanic writers. Two of the titles are presented in Spanish and you can read them in English. These are stories of bittersweet relationships, queer love, and family secrets.The characters are sympathetic and flawed. A repeated theme is that of immigration with all its danger and hope.
