Winchester Schools Have a Delayed Start Tuesday

WINCHESTER, MA — You can catch an extra hour of sleep this morning. Winchester Public Schools is operating on a one-hour delay Tuesday.

Freezing rain conditions, sleet, and mixed precipitation have made for slick weather conditions. Several area schools are on delays, and some have even closed.
