After a bye in the preliminary round, the Sachems (13-2-2) beat No. 18 Belmont 1-0 before Wednesday's match against Stoneham (9-2-7).

Winchester now travels to Woburn High School on Friday, Nov. 11 to play No. Concord-Carlisle (10-4-2) at 10 a.m.

Last year, as it handed the Sachems their first loss, an overtime 1-0 defeat, in the North Division 2 finals.
