He was pronounced dead at Massachusetts General Hospital.

The Everett Police Department and Massachusetts State Police are investigating the cause of the accident.

Vozzella was a 2013 graduate of Winchester High School.

“Our thoughts are with the Vozella family,” said District Attorney Ryan in a press release. “They will need the love and support of friends in the days ahead. It’s every parent’s nightmare that a call will come in the middle of the night with tragic news such as this.”

Vozzella’s death comes almost five months after Winchester teen Patrick Gill died in a crash in September 2014.
